此型号为功率最大的被覆装置。可迅速的在物体表面形成厚
的被覆层。经长时间使用且严重磨损的模具,刀具,工具及
其机械设备,可用此设备进行表面被覆处理。从而延长其服
务寿命。
特点、应用如下所示Depositron 720/820可迅速快捷的的将硬金属如碳化钨被覆在所有模具、刀具及机械设备的磨损部位,经被覆
处理的部件硬度可提高至HV1100。Depositron 720为普通机型,用于少量操作;Depositron 820为大功率机型,用于大
量操作。

防止冲压模毛边
对冲压模(如SK,SKD,SKH)的下半模内层进行被覆处理可防止毛边出现,经过处理后的模具母材不会收到任何影响。●金属模具易磨损部位
此设备可针对压铸模易遭侵蚀或热龟裂部位进行被覆处理,可使熔损降至最低,并提高成品离型性,预防热龟裂及毛边,
也可对已遭侵蚀龟裂的压铸模进行被覆处理,抑制模具继续恶化能继续生产,增加模具的使用寿命。除了压铸模之外,
此设备亦可用于塑料模,煅模及玻璃模具的被覆处理。

●钻头、铣刀、丝锥及所有刀具
此设备可对钻头、铣刀、丝锥、绞刀等刀具预先进行被覆处理,可防止道具快速磨损;也可对已磨损的刀具作被覆处理,
以补正精度继续使用。经被覆处理的刀锋不会变钝。
●机器设备的磨损部位
此被覆装置可用于所有机器设备磨损部位的被覆处理,以增加使用寿命。例如纺织机械零件、包装机械、印刷机械、
制革机械凸轮、罗拉等都可进行被覆处理。

什么是放电被覆装置
SANWA SHOKO放电被覆装置Depositron 720/820是为商业需求应运
而生的放电被覆装置。操作原理是利用空气产生间歇性火花放电
从而使碳化钨电极材料溶化在被加工金属表面形成被覆层。经碳
化钨被覆处理的金属表面硬度可达HV1100,耐压力、耐腐蚀,空
气的逸出性及离型性提高。可防止模具的熔损、热龟裂、毛边及
压铸件咬模等
。因此此设备可以称为是具有划时代意
义的表面处理设备。

放电被覆装置Depositron 720/820的特征
在操作过程中火花放电所产生的极高温度使碳化钨电极熔化与工作面紧密地粘附在一起,从而在工作面上形成一层碳化
钨被覆层。被覆层的厚度及粗糙度由设备的加工程度来确定,此项目是可调节选择的。但是基于电极材料为硬金属碳化
钨,其加工厚度一般为0.01至0.03mm,粗糙度在4至15微米之间。

What is Discharge Deposition Equipment
 



Concerning the Nature of Discharge Deposition EquipmentAn unusual high temperature is generated locally by the spark discharge and the electrode deposits a dispersed coating which adheres intimately to the surface of the work. Because of its dispersed nature, the deposited layer is bonded strongly and will not peel off. The thickness and roughness of the deposited layer depends on the process level of the equipment, which can be selected, but in the case of hard metal, thickness ranges from 0.01 to 0.03 mm and harness from 4 to 15 μHmax. If necessary, the coating can lightly lapped before use.
