交叉孔去毛刺纤维磨棒
■ 材料

世界上第一支陶瓷纤维油石制成的线材

每一根氧化铝纤维由1000个水晶结构的氧化铝单体组成,每个单体的直径只有10微米,使得其顶端拥有1000个高密度的切削刃口。

切削刃口可在加工过程中自行尖锐,以提供稳定而持续的研磨能力。

One Alumina Fiber Rod is made by binding together 1,000 Alumina Fiber Filaments which have the ideal crystal structure for grinding, each is only 10μm in diameter. The tip has 1,000 high-density cutting edges.

The self-sharpening action of the cutting edge on the Fine Alumina Fiber Rod tips provides superior grinding performance. Continuous cutting edges provide stable and continuous grinding performance.

比较 Comparison

■不存在像尼龙刷或钢丝刷的变形情况,在干湿加工过程中都能保持稳定的去毛刺能力
There is virtually no fiber rod configurational change unlike abrasives-impregnated nylon or wire brushes. Deburring performance remains stable in both wet and dry processing.

使用方法 Use

  1. 根据孔径选择适当尺寸的磨棒 (详见表 (1).)
  2. 将工具转速调到 8000~12000rpm
  3. 执行以下 steps 1~4
 
  1. Choose the proper tool size according to the target bore diameter in primary processing.(Refer to below (1).)
  2. Set the tool RPM to the most effective for the deburring process between 8000~12000rpm.
  3. Follow steps 1~4 below.

  交叉孔去毛刺纤维磨棒

*首先将磨棒插入圆孔一端,然后打开开关
* First insert the tip of the tool into the cylinder, and then switch “ON”.

[Step1] 打开开关前先把磨棒插入孔中
[Step2] 在即将到达交叉孔前开始转动
[Step3] 将刷子前后移动
[Step4] 在磨棒退出前停止转动

[Step1] Insert the tool into the hole before switching "ON".
[Step2] Start rotation just before reaching the cross-hole.
[Step3] Work the brush back and forth within the workpiece.
[Step4] Stop tool rotation before withdrawing the tool from the hole.

*为更彻底的去毛刺,可从工作区另一端重复步骤1~4
*For effective deburring, repeat steps 1 to 4 from the opposite side of the workpiece.

As deburring performance depends on the burr size and workpiece material, RPM greater than indicated above may be required for processing.
