A single Fine Alumina Fiber Rod is made by binding together 1,000 Alumina Fiber Filaments(diameter 10μm for red rods and 15μm for white rods).
Therefore, this structure maintains a consistent rigidity and there is virtually no fiber rod configurational change during the deburring process.

The abrasive grain is impregnated in nylon.
The nylon base gives it flexibility but low rigidity.

Thanks to the high thermal resistance (approx. 150℃), the grinding performance is stable even in dry processing.

Due to the low thermal resistance (approx. 90℃), the heat generated in dry processing results in decreased rigidity and molten nylon on the workpiece.

■Usage
- Deburring of fine burrs (where the base thickness is 0.1mm or less after machine processing)
and finishing of edges
- Fine deburring of surfaces
(1) Deburring and finishing of edges (pipe, connections, shafts etc.)
(2) Deburring after small diameter bore (press, drill, laser) processing
- Precision parts such as automotive engine parts that must be deburred while maintaining edge quality without secondary burrs
- Grinding, and finishing flat surfaces, Gently uneven surfaces and free surfaces
- The Hand Grinder Type is recommended for use with machining centers for free surface finishing
- 去除细毛刺(机械加工后,厚度0.1mm)和工件抛光处理。
- 精细的表面去毛刺去毛刺和飞边(管道,连接轴等)
- 直径孔(挤压,钻孔,激光钻孔后)去毛刺和抛光
